What an eventful year 2008 has been!

The Government may be struggling with the economics of the UK and are still looking for a way to solve the Credit Crunch—but there has been, what seems to us all, an endless stream of new Building Control legislation.

For EAS this has meant taking many exams in order to gain the all important qualifications
to be accredited to issue EPCs for all new build dwellings, non-domestic and
commercial property. In case you didn’t know we passed with flying colours and have
the all important OCDEA (On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor) and STROMA
(commercial property) certification.
