About EAS
EAS, based in North Wales, is an NHER and Stroma approved SAP / SBEM, EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) provider and Consultancy. Our assessors undergo lengthy training and examinations to ensure full understanding of new legislation and its implications on the building process.
In accordance with our BS EN ISO 9000 Quality system, all ratings must be delivered to +/- 5 points on the SAP scale. In addition under our BSI obligations our completed works are randomly checked for validity and accuracy.
EAS offer advice during the design phase and will work alongside architects to achieve maximum energy efficiency in the new building. Our vast industry experience and contacts means we can use our knowledge and skills to help in every aspect of your project; providing on-site visits if required.
